You can create and administer teams in Hours with a Pro subscription. When you accept an invitation to join a team- the subscription costs are charged to the team owner. In fact, if you join a team, you get all the Hours Pro features for free except the ability to create and administer teams.
Create a team
Click on the dashboard tab (the second icon down from the top of the sidebar). Then, click on the dropdown in the upper right corner of the screen and select "Create new team…". Enter your team name and you're all set!
Invite team members
After creating a team in Hours, you can invite other people to join your team. Just go to the dashboard screen and select the team you want to add members to from the dropdown in the top right corner of the screen.
The first row on the dashboard screen will shows "Team Members." Click the "+" button on the right side of this row to add team members. Enter the email address of one or more people you want to invite, click save, and your invitations will be sent out immediately. When your invitees accept your invitation, they will be added to your team. Once you have completed your free trial, you will start to be charged for the team members who are on your team. You can remove team members by clicking Remove next to their names on the dashboard.
