Ways to get help with Hours on the web: 

  1. FAQs. To get to Hours FAQs on the web, tap the gear button, scroll to near the bottom left of the page and then click on the support link. On the FAQ page, you can search by category or tap in the search bar at the top of the Support screen to search the FAQs for relevant answers.
  2. Contact us. At any time, and especially if you do not find a FAQ that answers your question, tap Contact Us from the Support screen to ask a question by email. We will usually get back to you within 24 hours.  You will receive an automated response, indicating your support ticket has been received.  

To provide feedback on Hours, use the same Contact Us feature on the Support screen. We love to hear from you!

If you want help with Hours on the iPhone, the best way is to get Support right within the app. Just tap on the gear button on the main screen of the app, then "Help and feedback."
