1. What iOS version are you currently running? (To find what version of iOS you are running - go to your iPhone's Home screen, and tap on the Settings icon, click General, and then tap About, scroll the screen to see what version you have installed - example 10.2.1)
2. What version of the Hours App do you have installed? (To find what version of the Hours App you are running - Open the Hours App on your device, tap on the Utilities icon (the gear icon in the upper right corner, scroll to the bottom of the screen. The version of Hours will be at the bottom of your screen in gray letters - example Version 2.8.8).
3. Are you a Pro user? Did you subscribe through the web or via iTunes app store? Are you currently on a free trial of Hours?
4. How do you access Hours?
