Ways to get help with Hours on the iPhone:
- FAQs. You can find FAQs in Hours on the iPhone by tapping the gear button, then "Help and feedback," then a category, then an FAQ name. You can also tap in the search bar at the top of the Support screen to search the FAQs after you first tap Support to find relevant answers.
- Contact us. At any time, and especially if you do not find an FAQ that answers your question, tap Contact Us from the Support screen to ask a question. We will usually get back to you within 24 hours, and you will get a notification on your device if you had notifications turned on for Hours. Your conversation with our team will happen right on the Support screen. You will receive an automated response, indicating your support ticket has been received
- Hints.When you first got Hours, Hints were turned on, which gave you in-context help to get you started with Hours. If you chose to hide the hints, or you worked all the way through them and they hid themselves, you can get them back by tapping the gear button, then tapping the switch next to Hints to turn them back on.
