You can add notes to an entry easily from the entry detail modal. It's accessible two ways:
- Tap on the pill associated with this entry on the timeline.
- Tap on the cell of the timer this entry was tracked against on your home screen to navigate to the timer detail screen then tap the entry you want to add a note to.
Once you've added the necessary notes, tap save.
